Hi Julia, welcome to husky owners. Your english seems ok to me .. Congrats on being the first member we have from the ukraine. Feel free to invite other husky owners that you know
-
The question is .... is Kai short for Kaiser?
-
fixed .........
-
This is totally normal alex and nothing to worry about at all .. Kimba is now a lot darker than he was. There is a few pics of lex on here somewhere and they all look different .. Dont worry bout it
-
Ello Erich ... Welcome to husky owners, glad you have you onboard
-
Comparing is ok, however make sure that you check the cover that you get for them .. Ensure that cronic illness is covered for life etc
-
I would say carefully .... The cats get em eventually though LOL .
-
Depends not seen pics lol
-
besides my best friend is a lesbian and i love her to bits..
with or without her girlfriend? lol
-
Given the symtoms described in the chatroom I would be inclined to say that Nix dog is indeed gay ..... Maybe she could share her experiences and problems that she had in dealing with the situation with the community.. After all there may be others who need advice on such issues
-
Chatroom is now back online .... There is also now 2 links under the quicklinks menu. There is ChatRoom which will open it integrated into tha forum so you will see your sidebar, navbar etc ... The other 'chatRoom - New Window' does exactly what it says on the tin.. You should also find that it automatically logs you into the forum now too
-
The chatroom will be down for a while whist I do some maintenance work .... Hopefully shouldnt take too long
-
Yeah I agree ... Midlands seems a good idea since its central uk and people are from all over the place.
-
Welcome to the forum ... Hope you enjoy your stay
-
No prob lol
-
Well people, the forum now has its very own chat room for members only. You can find the link for this under the quick links dropdown menu under the header. Hope you all enjoy.

Well that'll do me.... Seems to be enough that do want it to warrent me adding it IMO ... Posting an announcement now.
-
Its a good idea granted however I dont think it would warrent its only forum to be honest. This said however I will open one on a trial basis and see how much it is used, if its not then I'll merge the threads into main chat.
Simple reason is that if we create a section for everything that is likely to have a couple of threads then before long the forum home page will become unmanagable, and more to the point unreadable/undesirable to members.

No problem ... Thats the easiest question Ive even not answered ...... I think!?@# LOL ...
Anyways .. welcome to the forum

So what is the neatest trick that you have taught your husky, or does your husky do something that you would see as unique?
Kimba doesnt really have one that is unique, but is still relativly young. He is however pretty good when we get him to touch something for a treat even from quite a distance. I guess we need to teach him some more
-
Looks like he keeps gettin into scraps and gettin black eyes LOL

Was just reading this on another forum. Apparently some trainers will use a alternative recall command to use as an 'emergency' recall. I'm persuming this is one that is taught but very rarely used unless the situation occurs when your husky will not return. Anyone else heard about this? Can see both sides of t he story on whether or not to use one, but to me it seems if your gonna spend so much time teaching this, then wouldnt it be better to train them not to ignore you in the first place lol..
What do you guys think??

must admit the first thing I found discusting behavour when keeping a dog is tha fact that hers had nail varnish on. If anything she is the one who is keeping a dog wrongly. At the end of the day these are northern breed working animals that come from generations that live outdoors in near arctic conditions. To say that it is wrong is ludicrous.
