  1. Marigold Swiss bouillon ( posh for stock) do a low salt chicken, also vegetable, if you can't get it locally I know amazon do them, this looks like a great idea, what treats do you use though and how do you stop them going mushy in the liquid ?

  7. Opened the thread and got totally confused, thought I'd clicked on my other forum ( my daily homer Simpson moment ) It's bad for our boys and girls in the sandy place, wish they were all home
  8. What they said ! With the ice cubes, my boy will now chew plain ice, but loves his special doggie ones. I think it was Sarah gave me the idea ( please correct me if I'm wrong lol) cheap plastic cup, small chunk of sardine, fill with water and freeze. My boy now comes running every time I open the freezer, he loves them and I get a good ten minutes peace (bliss)

    On Your Own

I've done the couple thing, and I've done the alone thing, I've even done the alone thing while part of a couple ( lol) and there are pro's and con's. I think it all depends on the other half of the couple, financial stability, two incomes are a pro, another person spending your hard earned cash, a con. Companionship, if you like each other, a pro, if they disappear down the pub or into a video game every night, a con. I will say that there are some advantages to living alone that most people don't think of, If you want to ignore the sensible dinner waiting in the fridge and eat ice cream and strawberries, you can If you want to sit in the bath until it's cold with a book and a glass of wine, you can and finally, If you want to put on a crappy album and dance naked, YOU CAN ! It's all about choices, only you can make them, and only you can decide you have the RIGHT to make them
  12. HE'LL NO ! No way, No how, nononono
  13. I've got one of the plastic ones and although I take it out, bear tends to play more than drink and it can be awkward, this looks like a better version, be interested to hear if anyone's got one

  20. Considering the cost of petrol and what a gas guzzler she is, £2.50 would just about get her out of the car park lol, unless you rev the engine in which case she's not moving
  21. I got a room one for my mum a couple of years ago from argos, it was only about £70 I think, you could fill it with water or ice and it worked surprisingly well, might have to take a look at getting one for us, the fans just not cutting it lol Just looked, prices go from £49.99 up, that one runs up to 7 hours so might give it a try
  22. Almost afraid to ask, for what ?
  23. Lol we can't even get the kids in his boy toy never mind the dog, he'd have to sit on the bonnet like a giant fluffy hood ornament
  24. Couldn't agree more, I've had dog's run up to bear, owners far in the distance, and when their dog starts barking will run over shouting to their little precious asking what's wrong, then blame the aggression on the fact that my dogs on a leash
