Poor you, instead of thinking about saying goodbye, see it the other way, SHE'S leaving you for a little holiday with her `folks`, which she will love, and imagine how happy you will be to see each other again. Haven are a pain ! Have you thought about getting a cottage instead (not this year, obviously ) you might find one that will take all your babies, Maybe the forum members could do house swops, be a way of seeing a new part of the country and getting specialized local information. Just a thought.......

Oh Laura, I'm so sorry your going through all this. I think you need to focus on you and your baby right now. I can understand you don't want dozer to go to a pound, so I think your best bet is the rescues, call as many as you can and tell them how bad the situation is, it won't help dozer or the rest of the family if you lose your home. Perhaps they could arrange some sort of fostering, Take care of you ok, I wish I could be more help, know I'm thinking of you

I remember when I was little listening to my nan talk to her brothers and sisters, sometimes it was like a foreign language, they were all born within the sound of bow bells ( making them cockneys ) as I grew up it made more sense but it always set their generation apart ( the younger generations are all ordinary Londoners !

Frozen cloths are sent from the gods, at one stage I made sure there was always two ready frozen. ! I got that tip on here as well. Replacing hands with toys sometimes works, the yelping thing was a total no go for my boy, he seemed to see it as part of the game, the nose/no bite thing worked a lot more for us, still is working in fact ( bear has a love of nipping the back of my arms ATM ) but it's getting there. Take heart, it doesn't last forever and big boy teeth are no where near as sharp
