Ok ignoring breakfast has now gone to ignoring breakfast and lunch today, so he hasn't eaten anything since last night, still peering and poking, when I take him out he's ok but indoors he just lying down and sleeping. Could it be he's getting too much protein/fat/food to his level of exercise ? We do a couple of walks a day and play in the park after the evening one.

Just a thought, are there any t-shirts for HO ? You could wear them on the day, or get a few made up for the Tombola, if you get a couple made up for kids, put I want a husky on the front and the web address on the back or the classic if mum says no ask dad, if dad says no ask our husky !

I can just imagine ! I daresay bear will grace me with that pleasure at some point, I wonder if they can be trained to do it to mean people ? I would love to see the dog whispered train that trick !

Okay, never never having had a puppy before I have no clue so thought I would ask the experts. When does a puppy (male duh !) go from a squat to a leg clock ? I made a joke in the park yesterday and told bear he would have to learn how, and someone said he was way too young yet, tonight he did it it on the way home, he's eight and a half months but pretty big.

Just a thought are either you or they council tenants ? I know they have procedures for bad neighbours, if your both private renters maybe your landlord could contact theirs, if you own, perhaps a solicitor ?

Neighbours suck mostly !! I now put my hands together and thank the godess we have a nice family, couple of kids score !!!!

Bear is 8 months and I have tried it once with my heart in my mouth every second. He has made friends with another older husky who always recalls so at the back of the park ( the bit with only one exit ) I let him off lead, he either followed gizmo like a magnet or sat with me, might try again (WITH gizmo !) just wish other owners would stop telling me it's not fair to keep him on leash and even that I'm damaging him.

On the spots are always easier, lol, been there cocked that up ! And yes, have done a bit of fund raising in the past, between the kids school, my mum's breatheasy group and the stuff I used to do for the forces, have worn a few t-shirts ! try getting in touch with Merlin Entertainment, they will sometimes cough up free family passes etc, worth a try.

Sounds like it's going to be a great day, bit far for me do you have a sled ? I ask because you could put it out front with a sign saying " not just snow dogs !" And pics of huskys doing other things, grass the beach, watching Tele etc, oh what about pin the tail on the husky ? Or even better, put the bone in the huskys mouth ? ( you could do a big felt husky then make a bone with Velcro on the back, if they hit the mouth they get a cookie if not a picture to colour, charge for each go )

Val thinking about, cupcakes are a pain to transport, cookies and biscuits are best, and can I get a couple of those cards ? You mentioned husky colouring, what about a husky quiz ( are you doing all this by yourself by the way ?) Simple questions for kids, also something I did a while ago for st George's day, I hid all kinds of dragons around the school, Dragon pictures Dragon statues, I even lent out some jewellery to staff members and we challenged the kids to find all the dragons, if the fete organisers and other stalls don't mind you could put up pictures all over the place, any kid who gets it right gets a sweetie or lollipop ( cheap one from the cash and carry lol)
