I bought some raw hide flat beef , and bone shaped chicken when we first got duke. He has been eating the flat ones probably one every 2 days. Two days ago he ate half the chicken bone shaped ones and yesterday he had an awful allergic reaction! His face swelled up, he was laying around sleeping most of the day and was even weak! Come to fin out these were made in china! Has anyone else ever experienced an allergic reaction like this? it was awful scary! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk ;p

I will shorten this a bit to avoid using names: I am currently fostering a dog from a huge rescue operation. The picture I was shown of her is NOT the dog that is cowering in my living room corner right now. I was told that a Mobil van had gone to the place and did shots and fixed all the dogs. I got ahold of the place they claimed did this and they have no paperwork of even going or the shelter in their system. (Just to recap: I was placed with a WILD dog that has no shots and is not fixed, with my 3 year old male husky and 3 very young children!) I have sent an email to the lady telling her all these problems and am currently waiting a reply. Duke loves the idea of having a playmate unfortunately the new dog does not at the moment She is an Alaskan husky. She was tied outside for 4 years so I am thinking I am over my head here. We are only fostering though so if she doesn't work out, well at least I know duke likes other dogs Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk ;p

We are building a sled prototype tonight for duke and his friend we are fostering. She was a sled dog so I am hoping duke will learn fast! I however have not had any experience at all lol you tube videos and google better watch out for me tonight!
