  1. I know it's 3 years ago, but I've only just seen this. Nordikota.com was closed for 2 years. But the good news is we are back up and running again.... www.nordikota.co.uk Same products (plus a few new ones), same service (with one owner less ). Just starting to build the old customer base back up again, so feel free to shout if you need anything!
  2. I know it's 2 years ago, but I've only just seen this. Thanks for your comments. I was forced to close Nordikota during a messy divorce.... But thats enough of that. The good news is we are back up and running again.... www.nordikota.co.uk Same products (plus a few new ones), same service (with one owner less ). Just starting to build the old customer base back up again, so feel free to shout if you need anything!
  3. I've got 4 full panels plus 2 gates and all the fixings here & not needed. Been sitting in my front drive for over a year. Free to anyone who wants to come and get 'em.
  4. We can print virtually anything, so yes there are child garments, lady-fit stuff (vest tops included), waterproofs, coats/jackets/bodywarmers... I will add more products to that section over the coming days, so just hang on a mo If there is something you specifically want and can't see it - please ask. We have a 500 page catalogue of printable products, so there is only a small selection on the website. And yes, we ship worldwide. Simply select the country destination from when you order & you'll get the postage cost shown before you pay anything.
  5. Personally, I wouldn't leave any breed of dog alone in the same room as a small child. It's not worth the risk, no matter how docile you think the animal is. And on the subject of 'wolf' hybrids. In the UK there are a few 'breeders' that advertise such dogs. It's just another scam. They call them wolf dogs to justify the higher prices. They are typically GSD/Sibe or Mally/Sibe. I've had a few arguments with people that insist they have bought a wolf dog here (and they're walking it through a public park..). They don't like being told they've been ripped off for some reason.
  6. Hi Sarah. There has been many times I've considered pulling the plug because of certain members. It really has been an eye opener for me regarding how nasty some can be. That's why we have rules about introducing yourself and using real names.. We've had all sorts of problem people over the years. But I came to realise that a forum runs due to a core set of people. They are the good ones. Look after them and your forum will be fine. Remember the reasons why you started it in the first place and don't let others try and wreck it. They will try, but that core set of people will help get through it. So chin up girl. No-one said it was easy, but it can be lots of fun
  7. If you're interested, I've got plans on building a wooden dog sled in PDF format. Gives all the measurements and detailed instructions on how to build.
  8. Think about it from the dogs perspective for a moment. They are going to be locked in with no access to an outside area for a very long time. A fully grown dog that is house trained, being desperate to go to the toilet and having no choice but to go inside the house is going to be very distressing for the animal. They are also being denied human contact for the same period, something that Sibes thrive on and is often the cause of separation anxiety - which leads to other complications. IMHO - it is wrong to have any animal if it is to be left alone for long periods of time. By alone I mean without human contact. I appreciate that people do, but it's not something I would ever do. I waited 8 years before I got my 1st Sibe and that was because I didn't want to leave it at home all day on it's own. I'm fortunate to have a very flexible job and a wife that is home most days. I would seriously think about what's best for the dogs. If you have to leave them at home for so long, give them enough space and toilet access. Maybe see if a friend or neighbour can let them out at lunch time - just something to break up the monotony. A tired dog is a good dog as they say. With enough exercise you can limit the potential damage they might cause. Sorry if it sounds harsh, but it's my opinion.
  9. It's not on TV. You have to watch via the net
  10. We sponsor Wattie through our T-shirt Printing Business. We supply him with all his promo merchandise & sell branded products to raise extra funds for him
  11. We usually follow Karen(Ramstead) but I don't think she's competing this year. Must ask her why... And we also sponsor Wattie Macdonald - the mad Scotsman who started the Iditarod last year in a kilt... He was the ONLY musher to finish the race with all 16 dogs that he started with. In his very first Iditarod too. And yes, he's back again this year and still bloody mental. Good Luck Wattie...
  12. Those of you that have received a reply, can you post the reference number on the letter you got pls.. I'm interested to see if they are sending out a standard response letter or not. Thanks to all of you that have taken part so far
