  1. For the big lunk Kodiak Hope he gets better soon.
  2. OK so something is setting her off once you are driving. (I'm not going to suggest it's your choice in music ) It could be she is sensitive to some sound or vibration going on in the car, (probably outside of YOUR hearing or ability to sense) However it's annoying / uncomfortable to her. Only real way is to drive her in someone elses car and see if she repeats the behaviour. Perhaps try Kalms an hour before the journey (for her. . . not you. . . well maybe both:P)
  3. Welcome All pups can be crate trained. YOU simply have to put up with a few days of "crying" until they get used to it. Never use the crate for punishment it's their "safe" place. As for interacting with other dogs, the more the merrier the better. There is no such thing as too much socialisation however there is too little. and. . . Oh, yeah PuuuuuuuuPPPPPPPPPyyyyyyyyyyyy

  10. Good Luck Olivia. and. . . Oh, yeah what Dave refers to as Football is actually "Hand-Egg" they don't use the feet other than for running into each other. They carry the ball in their hands and the "Ball" is egg shaped. Over here we play Football in which the players control the spherical Ball with their feet. I hope this helps
  11. OH, God BUXTON Mud, rain, Mud, Torrential rain, Mud, Winds blowing over Marquees more Mud Search and rescue for little dogs that weren't lost in the first place Oh, yeah and . . . . MUD !!!!
  12. I have both breeds. 2 Siberians Darwin & Daughtry and 1 White German Shepherd. Echo and they really are as different as chalk and chips. My Sibes are master escape artists and do not recall at all, and so are never ever let off lead unless in a securely fenced area. Echo the GSD recalls beautifully, we have just had our October Husky camp and one of the joys was letting Echo off and giving her a good ball throw session as we walked along the beach. It IS heartbreaking for us, believe me we would all love to see our dogs off lead and gambolling around free without a care. However they would all just disappear into the distance, and either never be seen again or end up under the wheels of a bus or truck. As others have said. . . . "It's a Husky thing" Better safe than sorry is our Motto.
  13. Welcome to Husky owners. I split mine in half. and so I have 2 Siberian Huskies and a White GSD
