My guys get a mixture of tinned meat, Kibble and cold bolied rice. Then 2 -3 times per week I give them RAW chicken wings in place of their normal meal.

Also keep this in mind If you're going to be feeding a combination of RAW and kibble in the same day

A lot depends on what surfaces he's going to be running on. How tough his pads are, etc. If he's just going to be trotting beside you then he should be ok Plenty of Water stops.

Just one point, in your intro you mentioned you want to run with the Husky Please be aware that you need to wait until the pup is at least a year old before you can start running with him. Otherwise you could inadvertantly cause damage to the joints.

Yeah, Rabbits would definately be classed as prey. Keep a tight hold on them when going near those areas. If they see one they can dash forward very fast and pull out of your grip.

Keep an eye on the gate they are quite capable of chewing a hole in the gate.

I've lost count of the times My guys have got out. It's usually you're answering the door to the postie. Or you leave a window open . . . EVEN an upstairs window !!! or a tiny gap in the garden fence that a mouse couldn't get through. . . a husky does. No matter how many precautions you take the Husky is waiting for that one time. . . It's part of being a Husky owner.
