  1. That looks awesome. It will certainly be big enough (Unless you are getting a giant Malamute !!) For a Husky it will be fine. I would suggest putting an old blanket or something inside
  2. 3 weeks and he's still stumped. I know I'm a cruel and heartless owner
  3. Al' So sorry to hear you lost your Mum and yeah, you know you're welcome back in Blighty.
  4. Awesome, good girl Rogue. Don't get rid of the Crate. When you're out for extended periods crate her. But if you're nipping to the shops, and will be gone 10-15 minutes leave her out. Gradually extend it until you are happy that she is good out of the crate, whenever you're gone.
  5. Hi, Shail. Welcome back. When you decide you're ready to take the big step and get a Husky of your own. Give us a shout and we'll give you all the advice we can
  6. You'll have good looking pup from whichever pairing happens. Good luck
  7. Giving your Husky a long line to run around and exercise is fantastic and Training especially for recall on a long leash is great however . . . . There are two main problems with using a long leash . 1. they can and do get wrapped around things, park benches, poles, trees etc. 2. If you are using even say a 30 meter leash if your dog is 30 meters behind you and starts running fast it runs past you going faster. The dog can be doing in excess of 30 miles per hour by the time it reaches the end of the leash. Can you hold onto your end when the dog is travelling that fast ? what damage may be done to you and the dogs neck if it is attached to a collar and not a harness.

  15. So sorry to hear about your friend passing away. You were lucky with the fuel spill that could have been. . .well. . .explosive !!!! and the PC well. . . . you can't stand still with them, they are being superceded by the time you get them out of the box
  16. I swear if he could get his paw any further in his ear it would come out the other side. LOL he was making those happy grunting noises they make when they are really getting into it. . .
  17. Vet may have been trying to get you to purchase the high priced poor quality kibble that he stocks from his sponsored food manufacturer. Chicken wings are fine. Ask yourself this question. Had we not domesticated dogs what would they be eating in the wild ?? Animals fur / feathers bones and all. So. the problem may be that you switched kibble quickly, not phasing between the two to let the furballs stomach adjust. May cause runny bums also you may be feeding too much kibble back it off by half and see if that helps. DON'T feed the raw and kibble together they digest at different rates, will cause runny bums Feed Kibble and Raw at 12 hr separation, say Kibble in the morning and RAW in the evening. Chicken wings are awesome for firming up runny poo.
