sorry can't help, My two Huskies rarely smell of anything. Echo has Wet dog smell if it's been raining but then she's a GSD

It's whatever they can eat, that keeps them solid and has reasonably good ingredients. Sometimes you can pay for the absolute best and they will turn thier nose up at it. Or it will give them the runs. Once you've got something that works stick with it. However I will agree with stormy avoid almost everything on sale in your average supermarket. (and whatever your vet reccomends, because they are sponsored, and some of it is expensive and not very good)

My guys are pretty much silent unless someone knocks on the door then Echo will go off barking loudly. however she will stop after a minute or so. Next doors little staffie starts at 07.30 when they get up and is pretty much barking at all and random things on and off all day.

Sounds like a brilliant friend to have.

Probably try to sort the jungle out back a bit.

Hope your friend doesn't get into any trouble.
