  6. Those are really good. What are they made from ??
  7. Many moons ago I put a load of pics on here of my artwork from the 80's However the Post is still there but the pics have disappeared. Fortunately they are safe on the cloud. Some were done just for my own enjoyment. Some were comissions from friends Some were done for competitions and others were done for the cinema I worked at. So here they are again. Most done nearly 30 years ago. Click on each pic to make it bigger
  8. But and good session would perk us both up. So it's mutual self improvement. Uglies get bumping and soon you'll be supermodels.
  9. Thanks Linda that's very informative. So if I'm not feeling very well. A good old Bonking session should perk me right up. Cheers.
  10. Thinking of getting a Dyson of some description but with the Tangle free turbine attachment. Now I've watched the video of it in action. . . and impressive it is at not getting stuff tangled http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b-ZJF7k7MNQ BUT. . . . There is a HUGE difference between loose just laid down hair on a fabric surface and fur and hair that has been trodden into the carpet. Does the tangle free turbine get it out from the ground in spots too. currently I have a Henry, but to get the fur out effectively I have to take the head off and on hands and knees go over every inch working the hair out. If I'm laying out £250+ for a hoover then I want to know it'll do the job first. Comments ??
  11. Daughtry is smaller than Darwin so people instictively get it right when they see them together. But Everyone thinks Echo (White GSD is a boy) no SHE's not !!

What a handsome chap he is. Love the Full on Mask, hopefully he'll still have some of it left when he gets his final colours.
  14. Went to see the show last night. It was just as funny and even funnier in parts than the TV series. There were lots of moments when Brendan O'Carrol (Mrs. Brown) would ad lib something and the rest of the cast would fall about laughing or have to recover and quip something back. The was lots of "corpsing" (cast laughing so much that they couldn't speak their lines) which made they audience roar with laughter. It was a fantastic show Well worth going to if you can.
  15. She's gorgeous. Your description of your first seeing her is almost identical on how we first encountered our Echo. Shivering and hiding. We went in and simply sat on the floor. It took a week for her to come out and walk by us. then the next week she lay down next to us and let us pet her. By the 5th week we took her out for a walk. The week after that we introduced her to Bear (our first White GSD . . .RIP big boy) and took them for a walk together. the week after that we took her home. She has bonded with my entire family, but doesn't tolerate strangers. Even when we're out on a walk, if someone simply nods and says, "Morning" she will bark at them.
  16. Poor guy, hope it's not someone you know personally. Thoughts go out to his family. Stay safe Dave.
  17. Beautiful pics thanks for sharing. Even in full on summer it will only be 7 - 10 degrees here in the UK at sunrise.
  18. So why don't they simply deduct the £12 from the payout and pay up. Oh, yeah. and if you have been self employed and are now not. and even though you have signed all the paperwork declaring that you are now PAYE and not self employed. 12 years later you will still be getting demands and warnings for not filling in a tax return.
  19. Take them, take them !!! NOW !!!!
