We've just had one of our team of 6 retire about a month ago. It takes approx 1 month to get someone trained and up to speed. We still haven't seen his replacement yet, let alone start the training. We have 3 more people due to retire in the next year. God help us. The replacements will be trained, but they wont be experienced. and so much of my job relies on experience to know the causal factors behind what's gone wrong, as well as how to fix the problem. sigh. . . . .

how big is the file and what format is it in ??

here's the crapped out one. you can just see that the black casing is warped from the overheating. This is supposed to be exactly the same model as I replaced it with. I think this must've been a common problem because they replaced the fan and heatsink with MUCH beefier upgrades.

New graphics card coz the one in my relatively new PC the fan burn't out. Not happy to say the least.

Thanks to my gorgeous granddaughter taking up most of the room in the backseat of the jeep. :eek: I can't put the back seats down to cram all the camping crap in the car. So I've had to buy a 2nd hand trailer to put the crates and bags n stuff in. Got the number plate and a new lighting rig. If I get time between now and leaving for camp I'll give it a lick of paint.
