LOL, that made me laugh. amongst our Husky members we have those that will run forever without getting out of breath. and we have those who barely stir off the couch. Don't worry she's not broken. Maybe a stick with a piece of chicken hanging just in front of her ?? I'm sure some of our other members who run their dogs on rigs etc may have advice as to how to motivate her.

Yep cooked chicken bones splinter into long thin sharp "splinters" which can pierce the throat and stomach causing major problems, so never give them the bones from your sunday roast or KFC. However, raw chicken wings are fine. the bones crunch and break rather than splinter. and digest essily. The calcium is good for them and helps make the poop solid. Especially if they've had a runny bum.

I agree that is disgusting. :eek: Is your front garden fenced with a gate ?? If so get one of those spring things on the gate which make it shut. That way even offlead dogs can't get in unless someone opens the gate for them.

Well done for keeping your cool. As Steve said that carabiner doesn't look like a load bearing carabiner. We use 3 that look like this. They have a weight / strength rating which shows how many pounds of pull it can hold.

Yep, that's us. We used to rule a large part of the world, but gave most of it back. Now most of the citizens of those countries (and every other country in eastern europe and the african and indian subcontinents) seem to be emigrating to the U.K. Primarily because we have one of the best welfare systems in the world. Which they then take immediate advantage of. Much to the chagrin of the tax payers who have to foot the bill. Great video, very informative. As Linda says, Raw chicken wings help will dodgy tummies. Plain boiled rice is a good filler. We give ours Raw chicken wings. The bones crunch up good and help thicken the poo and the chicken meat gives them much needed protein

So sorry to hear about your mum. Hope she's not hurt too bad.
