  1. No, no, no. . . It's not that at all. . !!! Dave is simply her favourite CUSHION. A bit like Sheldon in the Big Bang theory. Jeez don't you guys not know nuffink about 'Uskies. . .
  2. here's my first post http://www.husky-owners.com/forum/showthread.php/7698-Introducing-Koda Koda later became Daughtry a month or so later when the name Koda or Kodah had become waaaay too popular.
  3. get some raw chicken wings (never cooked) and break them up (decent scissors will cut them up) feed them those the bones will help "thicken" them up. then reintroduce the kibble in tiny amounts slowly building until the stools start to soften then back it up you'll have found the correct amount. Sibes have VERY fussy stomachs. Never give them human food. No bread or wheat products of any kind. If in doubt chicken wings.
  4. From the Husky ownership manual Rule 154 When you need to get anything done. Huskies get in the way. Rule 159 If you are carrying anything which obscures the view of your feet. Huskies will then walk figure of 8's around and through your legs. Rule 171 When you are going downstairs huskies will always wait until you are halfway down and then all rush at once to get past you.

  6. Excellent. Great idea. Now if only the adults of the children could read. How many times have you had an adult push their child forward and say "go-on stroke the pretty doggy" Without bothering to ask if it's ok. Drives me nuts. I've got one that is nervous and a White GSD that is in your face angry.
  7. Hey, Dave. Glad to have you back.

Brilliant pics thanx for sharing. Shame it's so far from us.
  9. It could be your eyes, poor/ failing eyesight or other types of problems with your eyes can cause headaches. Also teeth and the alignment of your jaw. something simple like you've had a tooth out and now you chew on the opposite side to which you used to can cause things like that. Also as has been mentioned the position of your head / neck alignment. Something simple such as they gave you a different chair to use at work means your posture is now different throwing the alignment of neck/ head out causing strain. You could be studying for a new course and putting extra hours in to that. Stress / lack of sleep / poor nutrition. Or the way you walk your dogs. Headaches are funny things they can be caused by so many things. The headache is simply the symptom not necessarily the cause. While you hate going to the doctors they are your best bet. If a headache doesn't clear up after a couple of days using paracetamol / ibuprofen then it's not "just a headache" and you need to go see the doc'

  13. Awesome reply. This has been our attitude from day one. They can pull when they are allowed i.e. when attached to the Walkydog on my bike but "walkies" is just that a pleasant walk for all of us. Not just fun for one and painful or difficult for the other.
