YES !!! Thank you all. I was at work, when i got a flurry of TXT's asking what was wrong with Kells. I got family to go round straight away. As Kells said we've been going through a rough patch, especially with Kells grandad being ill and now succumbing to dementia. And Kell's getting crap going on at her personally at work Sometimes it gets too much. Thanks for the heads up guys.

Nice ideas. We used to do something similar with telemarketers. As soon as they started the spiel and we realised they were trying to sell / change services etc We would put the phone by the TV Speaker and leave it for 10 mins. They either enjoyed Top Gear or the Big bang theory. . . or hung up, thier choice. Strangely enough we don't get that many these days. . .
