    So cross!!!

Probably not making enough money on the job to make worth the effort. they get a better paying job. .well. . . do that first.
  10. Exactly, because by the time your Husky has got to the end of the lead, it's probably going in excess of 25Mph This could do one of several things. 1. Yank the retractable handle out of your grip. You now have a loose Husky, which is being chased by a strange bouncing, clattering handle. This scares the dog into running faster. 2. Break your arm / wrist, with the force of the lead snapping tight. (This has happened) 3. Dislocate your shoulder. (Also happened) Just a few things to consider, if yours is the kind that likes to suddenly 'Launch' forward whilst on the lead.

  13. LOL we used to have a REP ( Reputation) system where if you liked a post for it's useful information or if it just made you laugh you could give that person a "Rep" point, or you might have said +1 meaning you have given them +1 rep point. Now though we have the "LIKES" system. If you look to the bottom right of any post you can see 'Like' and 'Reply' If you click on 'Like' you add to that person like score. They will also get a notification that you have 'liked' that post.

    Shy...

Forums can be funny things. This one Husky-Owners in my opinion is exceptional in it's speed of reply and welcoming atmosphere. The only other forum I joined that comes close is a Citroen Xsara (my piece of crap car) forum and they are great and so helpful, just like us. I joined a GSD forum. They took 4 days just to say hello, and then when they realised I had a "WHITE" GSD I got a bunch of "Oh, White. . . you DO realise they are NOT KC breed standard and you'll NEVER be able to register or show her." replies. Never went back. As others have suggested Lurk for a bit get a feel for the type of replies. See if there is any joking between members (indicates a relaxed atmosphere) look at the times of the posts see how quickly they respond. This'll give you a FEEL if it's a nice and welcoming site.
