If Kody is on the same food in both locations then, It could be the change in the water. or the disinfectant that they are cleaning the enclosures with. After a few days they acclimatise to the new water / chemicals. However until they do, they get the runs.

Our two are not interested either, throw a ball for Darwin and he looks at you "What? . . .What ?" Daughtry will chase a small bouncy ball around the floor. But neither will retrieve a ball. Throw a ball at Darwin to catch and it will bounce off his head every time. Echo (our GSD) on the other hand will play fetch until she collapses from exhaustion.

You'll love it. Wait till you get on a good bit of Straight and Skyla just "takes off" Just remember to : 1. Make sure the locking ring under the seat is absolutely ROCK SOLID tight. 2. slow down and taking it easy around corners 3. if you see another dog or cat etc. start pedalling and try to distract her until you are past.
