  1. Wow! that must've been a pain, would've been funny to see though. Echo is a master at opening doors, tho' she hasn't figured out the double handle on the front door (YET)!!
  2. White GSD's are quite common but according to the Kennel club and other breed standardising organisations, white is an undesirible colour and is marked as a defect (elitist ba$!ard$)!! Her faults are down to her original owner. For us she is a loving, fun and intelligent companion This is my favourite piccy of her
  3. Wow . . .theres dedication for ya. If we can get enough people interested and find a date thats good for everyone, then yeah Although I have lived in Oxford for more than 30 years I'm originally from Rochdale, I lived on Spotland Road and went to Spotland road primary. 6 degrees of seperation. . . lol
  4. I'm working this coming Saturday . . . Dammit!!!
  5. Hi, My name is Andy, My Husky is Koda I live in the Oxford area United Kingdom I'm trying to find out how many Husky owners are in my area and if there are enough, to maybe arrange a mini meet in our area. anyone up for it??
  6. Hi, I'm new here myself and my pup Koda is one week older than Gunda it'll be interesting to chart our progress seeing if we get the same fun and problems with our huskies. They look similar too, only mine has only one blue eye.
  7. Thanks for the delete Lol small world. . .I too work at BMW in the Paintshop control room.
  8. Greater Leys We have a couple of large parks within 5 minutes walk of us. I'm training Echo on a Walky dog attatchmernt on my bike and will introduce Koda when she's old enough and I can do with shedding a few pounds myself so. . .win win all around. . lol
  9. Ahem . . .erm. . .actually we're hoping Koda will calm Echo down a bit. Echo is a rescue dog and was never socialised with humans or other dogs (her original owner was an 86 year old housbound pensioner !!!) When we got her a year ago she didn't know how to co-ordinate her legs to run. Although she is massively improved from when we got her she is still aggressive to adult dogs (never puppies or younglings) and people if they give off the wrong vibes. Within our family circle and dogs we have been able to socialise her properly with she is loving and friendly. We are hoping Kodas placid nature will rub off. sorry the page failed so I sent it again and got two. . .lol
  10. Yes Echo took her in like she was her own pup, and Koda (8 weeks old at the time) wasted no time in snuggling up behind/under and on top of Echo to sleep. now at 15 weeks she's giving Echo a bit more space but still loves to snuggle. Added a pic of Koda ( at 9 weeks) and Echo
  11. Hi, My name is Andy and I would like to introduce you all to Koda. She is 15 weeks old (14/03/2010) I've attached 3 photos of Koda the last one shows Echo who is Koda's surrogate mum. She is a 2year old white GSD.
