Love it when kids and dogs get on. Anyone who has met Echo would say instantly not to let her near kids However Eden-Willow is part of the pack and is allowed to give cuddles and kisses to the slavering monster that everyone else gets to meet.

Eden -Willow has already learned how to open the door so we dropped the catch on the lock So she resorted to climbing out through the dog flap !!!

RIP to your dads dog. Thank you for perfectly highlighting the dangers of trusting the training over instinct.. While to some it may seem cruel and unnatural to keep the Husky permanently on leash it's the only way of guaranteeing the dogs safety.

We have red kites They are a member of the vulture family and regularly scavenge carrion from the roads. They have been reintroduced to the wild a few miles from here (Stokenchurch) about 30 years ago and are now spreading far and wide. they are quite a large bird too.

When we rescued Echo she was 18 months old and her name was Ginny. She took to her new completely different name with no problem at all

Oh, No that's quite normal. I've been known to pull the car over and run back down the street to talk to someone I just passed with a Husky You do however, occasionally meet an owner who is really rude because, they feel that they have a monopoly on these lovely dogs and that no-one else is allowed to have one near them. and. . . . This is the only breed of owners that I've encountered, that actively wants to get together for meets to get the dogs together to meet and walk and play. Do you ever hear of poodle, Staffie or dacshund owners driving halway across the country to let their dogs meet and socialise with others of the breed just for a few hours ?? WE do
