  1. First make sure that you are prepared for a Husky. are you ready for a pee and pooping machine. That sheds like crazy, is a notoriously fussy eater, Needs approx 6 miles of walking per day Is incredibly stubborn, can't be let off lead unless in a fully secure area. Will escape at every opportunity forcing you to turn your house into fort Knox. Welcome to the world of husky Owners.
  2. The "Blow" can last for a month or more. taking them to a groomers will help a little but really only at the end. If you take them now they will come back looking lovely and in the morning they will be just as tufty as before. Keep at it yourself. Oh, yeah it happens twice per year. an undercoat rake is good. Mikki do a good one. Also taking them outside and using a leaf blower to blow some of it out can help too.
  3. Saturday back up to Blackpool to Pick the Ex, Kells n Eden Willow up (they been up there on Holiday for a week) bring them back on sunday. Chillin' on Monday, Back to work tuesday

  9. That'll be great, Looking forward to the pics
  10. £90 per month is a lot for a bottle of pills per month. Cancel the direct debit, with your bank and send them an email to let them know you no longer want the product. Then Take the bottle to your local holland and Barrett and ask them if they stock anything like that product. You may find they do and probably about £85 cheaper per month Good luck
  11. RIP Diesel Run free, Run long
  12. When we are out walking, if there is an offlead dog and it comes towards us, My guys get very agitated. Echo takes her self imposed job as guard dog and pack protector very seriously. I pull them in as much as I can however I can't control how close the offlead dog gets. My attitude is that if the OWNER allows their dog to get within teeth distance of my guys it's not my fault if their dog gets injured. They always shout "it's ok he's very friendly" and I shout back "yeah, but mine aren't".
  13. Put a childs stairgate at th bottom of the stairs so he can't get up there. That way you don't have to bring him back down.

    So...

Glad you're settling in 'Liv. I'm sure Dime is missing you too.
  15. 100% right. . . Although there are exceptions. You might work from home, or work close enough (and have an understanding boss) that you can pop home to let them out every couple of hours. But generally no, it's not fair on the dog to be home alone for extended hours.
  16. LOL unless you have a legit copy of windows 7 or 8 don't even think about it. It's wiping your hard drive of EVERYTHING and reinstalling windows so it's back to how it was when you very first bought it. It's a drastic measure when nothing else is working.
  17. Probably quicker just to back up your precious files. Wipe and reinstall
