  1. found some that should do the job
  2. Thanks, its been utter chaos these last 48hrs since we brought him home but there's signs of things calming down between them, lots of walks to get rid of some of that energy. The pic sarah posted looks ideal, anywhere online i can buy some? Huskyhijinx- i find a walking belt really helps loads, i'd struggle to walk mine just on leashes but the belt makes it sooooo much easier.
  3. Friday morning we got our 4th husky through a relationship breakdown, i use ezydog vario 6 leads and a walking belt for walking our 3, this morning i've just took all four out, 3 was managable but 4 is just a tangled mess lol They like to walk side by side, but they obviously cross over etc just getting tangled, i need a way to stop this, whats the best way to go about it as i can't find a 4 way splitter thingy lol. Thanks. The new addition "Miko" is the bi-eyed one
  4. Were possibly thinking female mal, are they as known for same sex aggression as males?
  5. We currently have a male & a female husky, the mrs would love to get a malamute but we have read that mals don't get on with dogs of the same sex. Does anyone have any idea if it is possible for us to own both or would it cause problems?
  6. I can believe it, all breeds will have the odd "bad dog" that bites for no apparent reason Husky's are no different.
  7. Woman mauled? she has a plaster on her hand, hardly mauled, bitten yes but not mauled. Story doesn't add up, she says she never saw the huskies coming, she's out walking her dog, yet obviously carrying it, why would you be carrying a dog your walking? I'd put money on.... she was walking the dog, it started like jack russels do, sibe's took offence, she realised her little ankle biter had bitten off far more than he could chew so she picked him up, sibe's snatched the dog getting her in the process. The husky owners fault for not having his dogs on a lead, if they were he could have stopped it happening. I doubt the sibe's intentially set out hunting it like she's trying to get across.
  8. My road has 0, all good you'd think but i had over 1.5k's worth of fishing tackle stolen in early december from an out building so there should be atleast one burglary  I'm on the outskirts of town so its pretty quiet, town centre ain't too pleasant though............. Burglary 7 Anti social 30 robbery 1 vehicle crime 2 violent crime 27 other crime 65 Edit, spoke too soon about the quiet part, 20 mins after posting this reply, out walking the dogs, 5 mins from where i live......... police helicopter, armed response unit, dog squad and your everyday police officer all over the place, apparently the local newsagents has just been the victim of armed robbery. No-one hurt i don't think. I was politely moved on by a friendly officer who had a firm grasp on his huge assault rifle after taking these.
  9. £3 postage, she having a laugh or sending a truck load?
  10. If you use firefox you can get addons that will let you rip music off youtube.
  11. Doesn't plankton in the Ocean produce most of Earths oxygen its still wrong to chop down forests though for various other reasons. Yet another stupid idea from the stupid goons running this country.
  12. Welcome, nice to see another member from this side of the pennines.
  13. My other half had all our 3 drug free, i must say it looks pretty damn painfull, amazing thing to see though.
  14. Cheers, when i bought ours the cheapest i found was £8 on ebay so that must be a recent reduction.
