Add a video of him walking and trotting. And maybe a photo of him standing where we can see the side of him. If he's straight in the rear (back legs not angled well) it would make him look like he's walking funny, but doesn't mean he has HD. But HD is known to affect siberians. You vet can fell his hip sockets and might be able to tell or if you really want to know you can get his hips x-rayed and have the x-rays sent to OFA or whatever association you guys use in the UK.
Well we are trying to open our own business! So I'm pretty sure we won't have time to show even though I'd really like to. We're opening up a sal****er aquarium store.
I am getting a second Springer bike attachment, so hopefully our cool weather will continue and I'll run the girls on the bike more.
Thought I'd put together Elara's show wins. She just turned 2yrs on the 25th and this is what she's won so far.
First our first show at around 6 months her IABCA National and International Puppy Title and got a puppy group 3 in one of the shows! Her rear looks so high in this picture! lol. Thankfully she leveled out as she grew.
Her first AKC point!
Her Best of Winners for 2 more AKC points! I didn't handle her for this show, because I wanted to watch her in the ring and I was working the show. Notice my kennel club's new shirts (I think our logo makes us look like firemen. lol).
Sadly I don't think we're going to go to anymore shows this year, but will pick up again next year. We'll just be too busy the rest of the year and need to save money.
Again, I love Zini! (BISS GCH Can CH MACH2 ADCH Sumac's That Mr Know-It-All, CDX RN MXS MJG MXF SCh-Bronze JCh)
And GCH Huskavarna's Destined To Win is Elara's aunt!
I love Zini!!! Such a beautiful dog! I hope one day to go to the nationals with my girls for agility. We're a long way off, but I really want to start competing in agility.
I would suggest a good puppy class now, then obedience classes (agility dogs do need to know how to STAY! lol), and then look for an agility class when she's at least 9 months old (most agility classes won't allow dogs under 9 moths anyway). Agility is a lot of fun and at least with my girls, they really seem to enjoy it!
That's bad, but I don't think I'd go any further with it. They're total strangers, so who really cares how they describe the people who eat there as long as they treat everyone the same.
