  1. give them time to just get used to people let them come to people when there ready when folk come round just act normal eventually they will come for a nose them fuss them eventually they will begin to trust people our shianne was a bit timid at first but shes fine now also let them see lots of different looks as well ie people with/without glasses, hats ect just dont rush it and they will be fine
  2. mine couldnt be more different they always try to drag me in, if they know there going there (its the only time they go to the village in the car) they litteraly drag me from the car park to the vets and i dont know why cos they were both done there LOL
  3. our luka had it a few weeks ago for the 1st time every morning for 3 days we would wake up and he had been sick then on 3rd day he became very lathargic took him to the vets and he said he had it 1 injection and 3 days of meds and he was fine hope it was a 1 off and hes not prone to it
  4. if shes lathargic and keeps being sick i would probably get her to a vet or if youve been walking in clumber park/sherwood forest but if shes only been sick once and is otherwise ok and drinking plenty i would wait till tomorrow and see how she is then she may have just eaten something that she shouldnt hope she gets better soon
  5. Lukas started doing the same thing hes trying to get it off & hes realised that rolling around in the grass doesnt work either
  6. We had simular problem with ours we had them crated downstairs and every night they would wake up either during the night or very early and no matter what we did we couldn't get them to go through the night. then we took them upstairs in our room and weve had no problems since that was 4 months ago they go up with us about 9.30/ 10.00ish and usually dont hear a think till we get up We dont allow them upstairs at any other time though so they know that if they go up its sleep time a no playing I think he may be wakeing up early to make sure youve not left him thats why we think ours kept getting us up
  7. mine still have mad 1/2 hours we just let them get on with it just deal with the niping as you would normally with a NO BITE or whatever you use and your rite not to put him in his cage at this time if he sees going in his cage as a punishment it will make cage training very hard dont worry weve all been through it
  8. We dont allow them on any furniture, if we want a cuddle or to fuss them we sit with them on the floor and the only time there allowed upstairs is when we go to bed Shianne used to try and jump up all the time but now doesnt bother
  9. our 2 are brother and sister weve had them from 8 weeks old theyve bonded with all our family very well and had no problems well nothing major anyway the only time theyve been apart for any length of time is when they were at the vets being done everyone said when we got them "dont get 2 pups together" but I'm glad we did as I think we would have had more problems with separation anxiety with just 1 as my sister in law has had as we work shifts Ive learnt not to believe everything you read on the web a lot of it is as some one said just someones opinion
  10. Also when you do clean up the mess soak the area in pet stain and odour remover you can get it from any pet shop once theyve messed in a place if any odour remains then they think that thats a place where its ok to toilet thats why they always go to the same place to do it in the garden they smell out were theyve been before
  11. if you check out the ADD YOUR SIBS WIEGHT in main chat you'll see that her wieghts is quite normal
  12. Just played it to them and got no reaction at all unlike the other day when a rabbit came on animal rescue and they were both sat with there noses pressed against the screen
  13. not got 1 myself , but theres 1 that lives just down from us nice dog always walks to heel and that , but they are very protective of there pack and can be aggressive especialy towards strangers and other dogs they were bred as guard dogs originally
