Hi... You may remember me from such films as...she posts a couple times a year then vanishes..well yep that is me hahah I have Zarly the Siberian Husky if you guys remember her and my names Holly.. I also introduced an Alaskan Malamute about a year ago to everyone..who I still have and love sooo much! We also have two new fluff butts in our lives... Kassi ..who is a 2 year old Siberian Husky..we have not had her very long about 3-4 months she was rescued by a good friend of ours and we fostered her 3 days after she was rescued then adopted her two weeks later..we call those foster fails.. Pandora is who we have had since she was a puppy 8 and a half weeks old...she is an Alaskan Malamute who we show in the conformation ring..she is from the same breeder as out other malamute.. My daughter Lilly is 4 now..wow has time flown!! I remember when i was posting baby photos of her! She is a real little dog whisperer and is very amazing at reading body language. Anywhoooos...HELLOOOO! To you all !!! xxxx

Hello and welcome. I would be mindful when walking in the heat due to heat exhaustion, the road/foot paths etc heat up and you don't want to damage his paws, check the floor if it has been hot with your hand...actually there are a number of different things to consider when doing it in the heat. We're having 35-42degree heat here and i will not walk my dogs in it let alone leave them in the yard in it, it is only 34.1 degrees here today and they are inside, last night i walked them at 9:30pm when it was much cooler. I'd suggest mentioning to your mum about walking him as all dogs deserve to go for a walk at lest once a day, if it is medical as to why she cannot walk him then suggest a dog walker and the days you are there you walk him. My two go out and free run everyday and they absolutely love it

1. For those of you have or have had both a male and female husky can you describe the difference in temperament (if any?) Depends on the individual. 2. Can you describe how their temperament changed (specify M or F) changed after getting them spayed or neutered? The temperament did not change. 3. Those of you who have a cat or other small pet has your husky ever attempted to harm it? No, however it does depend on your dog, my girl wouldn't harm my cats at all, she even sleeps with them. 4. Most importantly, how does your husky interact with young children? My husky is amazing with my daughter, she wasn't raised with her as we got Zarly 2 years before my daughter was born. Go to puppy pre school it is fantastic even continue on and go to obedience, some huskies can be trained to be off lead however it does depend on your dog, my girl 5yr old next month has been let off lead all her life, she has re call and an emergency re call which has never failed, but they say..never say never! My girl acts like she isn't a husky..except for when she goes woo woo wooooo!

Awesome shots, doing an excellent job with taking photos. I just take photos, i see something i like and away i go LOL! I just follow some simple rules of mine, stand with the sun behind you, less ground..more sky..aperture mode is awesome!
