We have to try and avoid other dogs.Ours act as a pack and off lead they can be quite intimidating.Sassy is good with other dogs,but Thunder is wary,Mystie unpredictable and dominant (she was attacked by another dog when she was 11 months old ,she was just being playful but he got aggressive with her)and Lycan doesn't like any dogs until he gets to know them(having him neutered didn't help,as his aggression is fuelled by fear and not testosterone) It's easy to say we should have socialised them more as pups,but when you have 4 that's difficult to do.We have a few dogs they walk with regularly(all huskies) and they are fine with them but where we live and walk them they don't encounter many strange dogs.I think on their own they might be different,but I just can't walk them all separately.So for us it's a case of keeping them to themselves.

Hi There, We live in Langstone and would have loved to join you but my hubby is working tonight and I can't manage all 4 dogs on my own,even if I bring a couple of my girls.He has also got the car we need!!!.If you want to do it again sometime just give us a bit more notice and we can try sort something.Otherwise you would be welcome to join us anytime.We walk ours twice daily ,around our local fields and the Celtic Manor Golf course.It would be nice to meet a member who is local!!

We've added to our pack {maybe temporarily}

Lol,they come in all shapes and sizes!!.It may be that Pepper will never get that big. .One of our boys is so much bigger than the other 3 (38 kilos) and too big for the breed standard by far.The trouble, as you say ,is they are so much stronger when bigger.Try telling a husky not to pull!! -
Hi there, I don't have one myself but I have seen lots for sale recently on Ebay.There is currently one on offer for £6.50 with £2.50p&p.It comes in black or red and you have the option of a D ring in the handle.It is not as thick as the one in the picture but it is 3/4 of an inch and suitable for medium size dogs .They can also make any size to order.Seems very reasonable.Seller is redalertsecurityservices 100% positive.There are also lots of others on Ebay,mostly priced around £12 or £13.You can also get 150 or even 200ft leads.Hope this helps. Good Luck with your search!
