:lolman:No,it's not that bad!!.Sorry for confusing you.What I should have explained was that my husband walks all 4 together by himself in the morning,for approx 45 mins to 1 hr 30 mins.Later on ,I walk them twice,but two at a time, for a min of 45 mins for each pair,only cos my girls and I can't manage all 4 at once!!.Hope that's clearer.I couldn't do any more,not with 4 kids:eek: as well as 4 dogs!!

Our 4 are walked for 45 mins to 1hr 30 mins each morning,and a minimum of 45 mins again in the evening,but they are always running around off lead in a field next to our house,so it's difficult to say how far .I have to walk them by myself,separately in the evening(1x2 and 1x3!!) ,but Sass who is the most hyper,goes twice,cos she never gets tired!!

We have them for 3 out of our 4 huskies and have used them daily for over a year now.In my opinion,they are good,they can still pull with them,but not as much as with a harness that attaches at the back.Saying that,ours can pull pretty hard with normal leads if they really want to!

Then you are indeed fortunate.You don't want to see the pics of some of these cross bred pups,they are so ugly,poor things.:cry1:Some have ears that are half up,half down,and others have smooth coats,that are brindle in patches.So mixed up,its horrible.People might well be experimenting.Disgusting.:mad:

Yes,I agree.I can understand some sled dog crosses,but because the staffy and husky are the ''in'' breeds at the mo,I think some of these matings are probably deliberate.I just hate the very thought of it.:mad:Makes me shudder.

Has anyone else noticed how many people are crossing huskies with other breeds of dogs these days??.I was looking at a couple of adverts on Preloved,and saw in one day-husky cross labrador,husky cross collie,husky cross dalmatian and husky cross staffs,to name but a few.The result of these crosses are a creation of the strangest looking, misformed mongrels,not one thing or another.They usually look unlike any particular breed,and if they are lucky,they might have one or two blue eyes. I cannot understand why anyone would want to do this,especially crossing huskies with staffys,as this seems particularly common,and they are such different dogs.I find it quite sickening and it makes me mad.:mad:It is not as if these pups are even worth much,:duh:so they sell them quite cheaply.I so often want to reply to the ads and have a go at the owners.:rant:I suppose some could be accidental matings??:shithappens:To me this is the lowest form of irresponsible breeding .Just wondered if anyone else feels like this?

Lol Tim,another blackberry picking husky!!She must have been watching our lot!!.She is looking fab,and in great condition.Well Done!!

I don't think they have loads of stamina,cos they have never pulled anything other than me!!.They do have a run off lead first,so that calms them down,but they are not as fit as they could be ,which is probably just as well!!

We have only done this a couple of times.I'm sure that's what will happen at some point,so watch this space!!

Here are 2 vids from this morning,showing their daily work out.First a run of 20 mins or so off lead,followed by some jogging with Jon,using our new Sass walking belt,and trying to keep up with them.!!.In total,they were out for about an hour and 15 mins.End result,everyone knackered!! NB,It is generally not advisable to let huskies off lead,and this vid is not intended to encourage others to do so.

Really can't believe they are destructive.:rolleyes:They both have the sweetest faces ever!!
