I can tell you none of my dogs are interested in taking a walk in the mid day heat...they'd rather be in the shade taking a nap. But I do know the picture you are referring to, I'm not sure if it was actually hot asphalt that did that either honestly and if it was how much pain and discomfort did the owner have to ignore to let it get to that point!?!

I sleep on my right side or stomach most often, right arm under my pillow that is tucked to my side...I am a pillow cuddler.

All of mine do it too! Tikaani is the 'worst offender' I thought mine might have picked it up from each other, glad to know I'm not alone!

Yep, everyone keeps telling me raising 2 will be easier since they have each other to learn from and being around the same size a playmate. I can't wait honestly the only apprehension I have is the heat cycles

I happen to agree, though I have 3 of my own all of mine were from rescue found in situations they needed to get out of badly. I do not endorse nor support the purposeful breeding of these dogs...though I do believe in the right environment they can thrive and be wonderful additions to such an environment I do not believe they are for everyone and should not be taken on without extreme knowledge, respect, and understanding for what they are. These dogs are being banned all over the US, and it's only irresponsible people that are to blame.

Typically pure wolves are not legal to own unless you have a zoological permit and they are not allowed to leave their enclosures. They are not pets. These are my boys- I do not know exact % of content, as the only way to be certain is to have a nuclear DNA test run on them and that test only costs $3000....

I use their rescue date as their birthday. That is the day they started their new life with me, before that doesn't matter

People call my breeders all the time requesting blue eyed puppies...very popular in the pet market. But they eyes don't make the dog by themselves.

All of my tags have name on front, address and phone on back. I have them made at a local trophy shop really cheap and last forever! Most of my dogs are microchipped, either I have taken them to the vet for chipping or have had our mobile vet when she has the chips with her do them. Backup for the tag if the collar is removed, falls off, or anything like that. I do not have pet insurance, with 9 I'd need to remortgage my house to afford it!

For a puppy that's too big, that will be great for an adult though. Denali needs a 42" since he's so long but most fit comfortably in a 36". You dont want the crate too big or potty training will be more difficult.
