  1. Thanks! He likes hugs so I'll just keep up with them :-)
  2. Thanks Emma. We have got a different food for him but when it came back we stopped giving it to him but no improvement. He's up to date with all his meds, fleas, boosters, kennel cough etc. I think tests are the best option cos at least we will know then. He's happy enough in himself and still gets very giddy when the treats come out or the leads for walkies! He's in the vets on Thursday so I'll just keep it clean and dry until then. Thanks again xxx
  3. The picture was taken the morning. The vet shaved him when we went the black part in the middle is the area at first and now it's just grown bigger. The vet said it was a dog form of dermatitis and that if it came back they would have to do tests. I have read a little bit about the zinc deficiency but it doesn't mention about it affecting the back. To be honest I just want him fixed. I don't like him being poorly.
  4. Hi all, I'm wondering if any of you can help. Shadow our male husky has a skin problem. We took him to the vets on Christmas Eve and they gave us some steroid cream which work. He also has ear problems too. We took him back to the vets after the new year because his ears were still bad and the vet checked his back again. She was happy it had cleared up. The other day we noticed him trying to scratch it again when we checked him again it was back. We have booked him in at the vets again on Thursday but I just wondered if any of you have had these problems before. The skin is very red and inflamed. His fur can be pulled out where the inflammation is and also there is what looks like dandruff where the inflammation is. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks Kate
  5. Our two like to be comfy and they spend more time on the couch than we do! :-)
  6. Its only natural that it will get harder but focus on the positive stuff, she's been seen and all the important people, like the dog warden, the police etc know she's missing so if they find her you'll know as soon as they do. Keep positive and focused that you will find her. Let me know when and where for tomorrow and we'll come and help. Get her on Facebook too. X
  7. You need to know people on it and what there user name is. Try looking for gmp, if you follow them then you can follow their followers and post stuff to them. Give it a go. p.s. I'll come over to help tomorrow pm, just pm me with where you want me to go for a wander. Will bring one of the dogs with me. I can't stop thinking about her, keep hoping ure next post is she's home. X

  11. Hi Michelle, I've just got home from work and hoped for some good news. The fact people have seen her is positive and something to be focused on. I'm not working tomorrow so I can help in the search again, give me a shout if you want some extra legs and paws to help. Have you made a note of where Taiya has been spotted? It might help focus the search area. Thinking of you all. Love from Kate, Jay and the huskies. xxxxxx:(
  12. Lets hope Taiya comes home soon. Anything we can do to help we will. I'll get my mum to pray for her to St Frances and she'll be home soon. Try and stay positive we'll all do what we can to help you find her safe and sound. xxxx
