i realized i had better add Knox before i send out our christmas cards so i took a few pictures.
This is what happens on the first try.
the second try was much better.
i still think the first one is my favorite. it's so goofy and makes me laugh.
yeah in grade school i was always taught mm, cm, and in. lol we went over the metric system fully but i don't remember any of it because i never use it. i'd be useless in a different country
that's actually incorrect. we use inches and centimeters.
it's millimeters, centimeters, inches, feet, yards, miles.
i don't know why we mixed both systems up but we did haha.
it sounds like i'm abusing Luka. it generally winds up with me holding him while i attempt to wipe his legs off and his face (which he always gets muddy). This is why he's panicking, bucking around like a wild horse, and screaming. i hate mud and Luka loves it. i
Thanks Emma! i was completely okay when Lily (the brindle one) got picked up last Sunday because i'd only had her like two days but i was pretty sad to see Rigby (black one) go yesterday.
Knox was pitiful too he ran around whimpering and smelling trying to find her. That about made me cry. I am happy for them both though because they are about to be two spoiled little girls. haha their new mommies are just as obsessed with them as i was. and that's a pretty good feeling to know that they will never be dumped in a box somewhere ever again.
it is much easier containing Luka with her gone though i must say. i can monitor him and Knox much easier.
I also don't think Knox was too sad last night when he realized he got to sleep in the bed and not his crate anymore hahahaha spoiled little boy.
i'm just not a fan of anything physical punishment wise. I don't want my dog to cower when i get near him. I agree with SolitaryHowl if i grab Luka's scruff which has happened 2 times he knows he's in serious trouble and that's all i have to do.
i think you're going to be just fine. I thought Luka was horrible and he wound up learning quite a bit in puppy classes and he was not the worst dog the trainer had seen. You're not a terrible dog owner unless you don't try to change his behavior, which you are doing by taking him to training classes.

What am i gonna do without twinkies?
mouthing is very common in puppies and even more so in huskies. Luka has gotten loads better and i've never pinned him down or anything. I did like i said buy apple bitter spray and basically wash my hands with it. He doesn't bite them and he learned what type of mouthing is acceptable and what isn't.
This makes me so fortunate we had Knox's sisters with us because i watched them play and when one would bite too hard the others would yelp and they would automatically stop. I just wish Luka would have had this type of important play.
thanks! he's going to be a handful though! lol he already barks and growls. he is also very attention demanding.... so basically i have two dogs who think the world revolves around themselves.

I get them bones Knox hates his and steals his big brothers (luckily Luka had already ripped part of it off so he didn't notice nor care)

No before but the past 3 days he hasn't done it. I just don't think he was pooping in the morning and couldn't hold it any longer. I'm giving him more free time to run around off lead in the backyard and that seems to be working.
