i have holes all in my backyard. I personally don't care about the majority of them but two in particular are starting to look like an escape hazard. It's important i fix them and make them secure because if i want to add to my pack the rescue is going to do a home visit and the first thing they check is the backyard. I don't want to get turned down because of this. HELP. haha

The rescue is waiting on us. We finally passed everything as Luka is now neutered. She said to let them know when we are ready. I'm ready now... the boyfriend wants to wait till the first of the year because i'm quitting my second job then. It makes me sad because Nikko might be adopted then but ultimately it's okay because they will have another husky that will need a home. We've both officially decided to rescue, i'm not doing the puppy thing again. lol

he can be off lead in our fenced in backyard or the local fenced in dog park. I would never trust Luka off lead anywhere else. Luka already ignores my commands enough as it is, but even if he was better trained i still would NEVER risk it. he's my baby and i don't want to risk losing him.

i know! i had heard them a few years back before that and they were awesome! i don't know what happened. maybe he just had an off night. never heard of either of them. when i saw them they toured with sevendust, puddle of mudd, and 10 years.

most of their songs were autotracks and yeah they lipsynced. the parts he did sing sounded awful. sevendust toured with them and they sounded much better.

they're waiting on us. the boyfriend wants to wait to add till the beginning of the year. i'm ready to go get the furbaby TODAY! haha

saw them year before last. most of it was lipsynced sadly. they have great records but suck live. shinedown is one of my favorite bands.

i don't think we should wait until next september to start voting for the 2014 calendar though. i think we should start working on it at the beginning of 2013....

i work like 7 hours a day so it's hard for me to let Luka out every few hours. Rescuing an older dog seemed to be the right choice for me. Less hassle, Less work. Not saying an adult husky isn't a lot of work, i think we all know it is. LOL but when i get Luka a brother I want someone who can keep up with him and is already potty trained. If you're not going to be home all day then I would go with an older dog. You'll give a baby a home that really needs one and that may be harder to adopt out. Puppies go easily but sometimes adult dogs don't. Just my opinion. I've been working on rescuing a male that is about a year old. We got approved, we're just getting stuff together so we can be ready for him.

i know many may disapprove but i think Justin Bieber is adorable and i'm going to see him tonight in concert! I'm interested to see if he will put on a good show! )

Luka has had that colored poop before. I assumed it was when we overfed him. He was fine and it returned to normal not too long after.

at local gas stations they are asking you donate a dollar for breast cancer. i've already done a few of these this month but one day about a week ago i said no and the lady gave me attitude about it. i do my part of donating but i didn't feel like giving an extra dollar that day. it just makes me mad that i get put on a guilt trip for not helping when really i am! she didn't know my financial situation.

haha God i get that all the time. one idiot with their totally incorrect grammar referred to Luka as "Look at that WOLVE" ....
