according to my weight and height yes it is. i'm still eating the right amount of protein, etc. I'm not starving. I'm following a fitness plan.

It sucks, I won't lie. but after hearing my ex say "i've let myself go" that's all the motivation i need haha

So the past three weeks i've been running 6 days a week. Trying to lose some serious weight. Didn't realize how much I had gained since i moved in with the Ex. ugh. I'm also consuming under 1,000 calories a day. On a positive note, Luka is loving all the running. Anyways Just going to post progress here over the next few months.

I work 40 hours a week. I just come home on lunch and i go straight home from work every day to let them out. Mine sleep almost the whole day anyways so they don't seem to mind. lol

i hate that feeling you get when they are off lead! Luka has had 2 incidents and i thought i was gonna die/throw up both times. i'm glad you got him back.
