Going to look at a possible new house to rent today at 6:30... it's got a huge fenced in backyard! i could move in immediately which would be great considering now i'm crashing at a friends with my two idiots.
Picture this: 6 dogs, 4 adults, 1 child, 2 birds all in one house.
it's chaos.
cross your fingers i like this house because it's pretty much offered to me!
he had a party saturday night. i didn't mention i was coming to get my stuff sunday morning and i showed up with my parents hahahahaha. the house was trashed, people were sleeping everywhere, it was awful. he hid in the back bedroom the whole time. LOL i hope i really embarrassed him.
I'm sorry he's pushing you to move out so fast. My name was on the lease for our house and i still wound up having to leave. Mind you, we were not civil at all so i couldn't even tolerate being there. He was having parties every night letting people sleep in MY bed, etc. He has also been texting my friends asking them to hang out. I've lost one "best friend" and a few others due to this.
I like the quote: "Because here’s what guys don’t do if they can’t live without you: They don’t break up with you." and they certainly don't ask you to move out!
My husky has always had a special bond with me over my ex when we lived together. I think it will help if you take charge of feeding him and walking him. Huskies do well with structure and guidelines. Mine are also fed twice a day.
I don't allow my husk off lead unless he is in an enclosed area that is secure. I stayed at my parents for a few days and he got out of their wrought iron fence about 4 times WITH supervision. it's just too much of a risk IMO.
i'd be careful with the underground fence. i had a golden retriever that would just charge through it and that's not even taking into consideration how huskies are not good off lead. they have a high prey drive and it would only take one thing to tempt him. huskies are a stubborn breed, that's for sure. mine tests me every day.
well i'm having a FEMALE roommate and i'm excited about that too. i'm making my house so cutely decorated, no more neutral stuff just because josh complained!
girl we really are going through the same thing right now. lol we will get through this! and they will realize one day that we were the best things to happen to them! and by then we will care less!
mine is not necessarily a pain but i don't ever take it off because it isn't as easy as unclipping a regular collar. i have to adjust it wider then slip it over his head. i just move it up and scratch him underneath it.
Knox is almost a year now and not getting any taller. He's pretty small. He weighs about 50 lbs and definitely has pitbull in him. I want to know what else. lol any ideas? I've had boxer suggested.
knox has a lupine. i used to have one for Luka but i switched to something else like Jason showed. his is just to hold his tags though so i just buy ones that look cool haha
Luka is obsessed with trying to escape. He walks around any fenced in area plotting how to get out. it's annoying lol. i stayed at my moms for a few days last week and he seriously got out 4 times with me supervising him. i thought i was going to have a heart attack.
knox is obsessed with luka.
