  1. Well me and my room mate tried to separate them into each of our rooms for the night but they would whine and not want to sleep. But we took them to the vet today for shots and a check up. Bandit weighs 28 lbs Peanut weighs 27 lbs And they are almost four months. They are getting big! Last saturday we weighed them at 20 and 18 lbs.
  2. Sorry for the bad cell picture but I had to get a shot! Peanut sat like that for about 30 minutes watching a movie with me! Lol
  3. Okay so I should put up the two crates for each. Then they should be able to crate train easier? When I go to work should I leave them in the crate or leave them on my back porch? They got out this weekend. Idk how but I came back home and both of them were sitting by my work truck. I'm glad they didn't leave the yard but man idk how they got out. I have all the pickets chicken wired so they can't squeeze through the pickets and there is a gate closing off the steps.
  4. Well it's crazy how peanut has out grown bandit. And now peanut is able to jump on the couch with no help and bandit is still needing help.
  5. Hi! Welcome to the pack, your pup is so adorable!

  6. His name is Peanut. He was one of the smallest pups in the litter. He also has caught up and is bigger than his brother now. They are both 8 weeks old and a huge ball of energy!! This is Peanut when I first got him. This is Bandit(black) and Peanut (grey) riding in my Jeep. Here they are a couple nights ago. They love my air conditioner vent.
  7. For crate training... I'm not familiar with that yet. I do know that they have pooped in their crate twice in two weeks. I can tell they have only peed in the house a couple times. I do have a crate for them both to sleep in but every time I put them in there they whine and half howl for about ten minutes then they go to sleep. Should I separate them in their own crates soon?
  8. Yes they are very close. And me and my roommate have been best friends for 18 years. If he does move out I believe he will keep bandit at my house.
  9. Thanks! I appreciate it! Im glad to be here! I don't see very many husky owners around here other than the breeders where I got them!
  10. I have had Peanut, the Husky, since April 21st. He was born on the 4th of March. I am thrilled to have him as a pet and a friend. I havent every owned a husky nor a puppy so I am very green to this. My roommate has Peanut's brother, Bandit. They have been together since birth and they love playing with each other all the time. I dont know how to house train them or much like that. I only know how to tell them know when they do it. It seems to work a little bit but now they act like they are "digging" in their water bowl and getting the kitchen soaked. I am currently building a 6' fence for my back yard so they can have alot of room to play while I am at work. If ya'll have any pointers for me please let me know! Thanks!!
