  1. Lol... So cool..... Gotta love halloween x
  2. here is a hungry little pacman frog for you
  3. if i went with all 3 it would mean 3 seperate tanks as all 3 have completely different living conditions....... some frogs are aquatic and some can only have damped moss....... knowing my o/h i will eventually end up with more than one tank but i would like to get 1 tank in and planted and the frog settled before i start planting up another tank
  4. both hands.... so im between the dog and the road x
  5. Wow.... thats a nice shoot........ well done the mrs...... however with her being such a good shot u might want to watch what you say to her lol..... x
  6. The red eyed tree frog and the blue azureus are most active...... the tomato frog is nocturnal...... I think the red eyed tree frog is the most active of the 2 as its always climbing trees and rarely comes down to the ground. The red eyed tree frog and the blue are around the £60 mark...... obviously changes from breeder to breeder and pet shop to pet shop but its what i have been quoted ........ and the tomato frog is £25 so not to bad all in all...... but i would also be taking into consideration the fact they are communal animals so would be getting a pair not just individuals x
  7. Thats one thing i am hot on is my research.... i wouldnt dream of getting any animal without doing at least 6 months research first....... and as i will be using all live plants i will be planting the tank up well before the frog...... but in order to do that i need to decide which one i would like the most as all 3 frogs have very different needs x
  8. yeah have researched all 3..... their environment, food, water needs etc..... even know where i will be getting them from....... i just cant decide which i like the look of the most....... i think i will be pushing it if i try to get all 3 lol
  9. ever since i was little i had a fascination with frogs....... i had loads of framed prints of frogs and even more stuffed toys..... as well as cute little trinkets (all frog based)...... My o/h has kindly said that if i would like to i can get me a couple of frogs....... so the biggest question is what species do i go for??? there are so many to choose from but im loving the look of 3 in particular....... First up we have the red eyed tree frog...... Next contender is the Tomato frog...... and finally (and possibly my favourite) the blue azureus dart frog...... What do you all think????
  10. can you relocate up here please lol...... good luck with your venture hun xxxx
  11. today i had a lie in thanks to my little lad 08:30 before he decided he wanted to get up....... let daisy out in the garden for a wee....... did the family breakfast..... took daisy for her morning stroll...... did daisys breakfast......... went shopping..... home for a brew (or 3)...... spot cleaned the reptiles...... bathed and flea treated daisy........ had our lunch....... now im on here coffee in hand...... watching the clock ready for work at 16:30...... oh and im shopping for pressies for daisy and the lad for christmas........ waiting for my stuff to arrive so i can start my chocolate making projects for the next few weeks...... What did you do today ???

ok so im on a website that basically lists the best working breeds of dog and their qualities and attributes etc...... now they have listed the siberian husky down as independent, alert and social....... not a bad description although i could think of a few more choice words....... it then goes on to say they aren't good with kids I then scrolled down to the Tamaskan Husky described as loyal, intelligent and social...... so far the same as a sibe but 'apparently' (i use this term loosely as i know what some of these web authors are like) good with kids...... here is the full description from the page: The Tamaskan Husky is a rare breed of sled dog that originates from Finland. It is a large, athletic dog that is slightly larger in size than the German Shepherd. It is a very obedient and agile dog that excels in working trials. Forgive me for my ignorance but i didnt even know the Tamaskan existed so my next question is...... does anyone have one????......
  14. im like a kid this time of year..... halloween bonfire night then christmas...... plus hubbys birthday......... im going to try something a bit different for this christmas so no doubt will do a few practice runs first....... but hopefully i will have a hansel and gretel cottage made out of chocolate........woo hoo
