  1. Good to hear it's getting better already!
  2. yeah I understand that, that's why I'm saying it works for me and Elai, not everyone
  3. Aww, yeah guess you're right than Elai is so laid back he lets me do it. It's really a sign for him like "oh... I'm going to far with this.." Guess I'm just lucky with him lol.. Perhaps because he's not a full husky..
  4. I think this is different for every dog though.. Mine is so damn lazy, he can sleep all day, and next day he won't stop playing you know? But on average, mondays and fridays he comes with me to work all day @ doggydaycare and the rest of the weekdays he'll get two hours of walking/running/playing and half an hour to an hour walk in the evening every day
  5. Well i don't mean forcefully pinning him/her down, just putting him/her on its side. It worked for me, and i never had/have any trouble. It's just a way for me to calm him down. And not just my dog, also the dogs at work.. But not every method works for anyone or any dog ofcourse
  6. Maybe you should try pinning her down on the floor gently, it seems a bit cruel to a pup but they need to understand that what they are doing is NOT accepted you know? When Elai had his aching teeth/biting fase i held his snout into my hand and told him A really ferm NO and than i walked away. I also gave him a lot of buffalo hide chew bones to get his frustration out lol really seemed to work Well, good luck with your little terrorist lol

    Dream Toy?

Sorry! picture didn't show at first.. don't know why

    Dream Toy?

I think I finally found a toy he really seems to like a lot lol He was laying like this, cuddling with it for a while and now carrying it with him anywhere through the house..
  9. Fur can acutally block intestines indeed.. Cats don't throw up the hair they licked up for nothing lol I've bagged all of Ela's hair and my dad is going to make a hat out of it
  10. Hope there's nothing wrong with her! Good luck!
  11. I agree, imagine you're being put in a different home all of a sudden, it's new and kind of scary on your own Elai was even afraid of the street and wouldn't dare to walk on it. But with a lot of patience and lots of love he'll come out of his shell before you know it. Good luck!
  12. I give Elai some pieces of calf bone when he has diarrea, the next day he'll have a beautiful poop
  13. I'd also call the police, worth trying, or, like Jason mentioned, threaten to call the police.. And maybe adressing the owners of the house and talk to them, explaining that you don't want to be bothered might help.. We had this at our previous house. Kids kept throwing mud in our windows, throwing fireworks at the house, even continued their soccer game when the ball frew onto our backyard.. like what the fudge! But than my dad went to their parents and told them their behavior was just not from this world and that it kinda stopped.. So.. hope it gets better for you soon, good luck!
  14. Guess you shouldn't have to worry if she still eats and drinks, everyone has an off day sometimes
