Really want to rip my wisdom teeth out so much for "they can't move any more they won't cut through the gum" the bottom ones are and there sideways pushing my other tooth up

why is it that we need waiting lists to go see dentists?

We have a few free dental clinics through hospitals if I could afford $4000 I would go private but I don't so I've gone through the clinic and there waiting lists are 5-6months long some times longer. Thanks
