When you smell smoke nearby does it interest you at all?
I know people who have quit but will get a good whiff of it when someone nearby is smoking, lol.
Lol, the paws are always the dirtiest
I suppose it possibly depends on what you were brought up with in terms of pet care. I actually had someone tell me it was okay to wash Huskies every week which I would never do.
Rafeal had his first proper wash in two months and even though he soaks himself in the shell every day, he was full of dirt that the shampoo brought out.
When I saw the pure white patches on his coat it reminded me of how beautiful and clean he was when I first got him.
Also, if anyone can recommend a type of comb or product to keep him cleaner in between washes that would be great
Rafeal ate half a night cold/flu tablet once, luckily it was made up of non toxic herbal ingredients.
(forgot I accidently took a night one out and left it on the table)
I wouldn't worry too much, occasionally things are left out by mistake and even though it's not good for them, they are normally fine.
Very common, though it's so much worse when their curiosity puts them in danger.
It's happened to me and from now on I'm a lot more careful.
They will get into ANYTHING.
I know a few people who always say yes to their boss and like Sarah mentioned, they now get asked quite frequently.
Though these are people who love to please, not sure if you're the same but if yes then don't fall for it. If you give in all the time then people wont appreciate what you do for them.
That you can't just leave them out in a yard their entire lives, I don't have a lot of experience like most people here do, though Rafeal is so intelligent and good at expressing his emotions to a point where I think people need to think of a Husky as more then "Just a dog".
I think you have to be willing to make changes to your daily life to accommodate them.
Though this is coming from a first-time owner lol
