Andy
and most of you are thinking. . . ??? Where did he go ? Out the damn living room window. Yesterday We had accidentally left it on the first latch and the blinds covered it so we didn't see when we left for work. He nudged the bar and out he went. Some of the locals rounded him up, put him back through the window 5 mins later he's out again, so the Dog Warden was called. They took him away. Kelly got home from work to find him missing. . !!!!! It took us a couple of hours to piece the story together. But it was waaaaayyyy too late to get him back. I called the Dog warden this morning and they arranged a time to bring him back. £113 later he's playfighting with Daughtry and looking very sorry for himself. £65 Dog Warden Fee £25 call out / Collection fee and £12.50 per day kennel fee (X2 'cause they kept him more than 24 hours before returning him. valkyries
Andy phone the dog warden and ask if they do a register, all mine are registered with our dog wardens all their details plus a photo of each are on their files, along with all our phone numbers pluss my daughters and her partners. If they pick any of mine up they will phone so one of us can go pick them up and it cost nothing, we only pay if they can’t get hold of any of us so have to keep dog in kennel. All mine wear a dog warden disk with their registration number on and the wardens number. It’s worth finding out if they do this in your area xxxxx glad he’s home safe and well

Andy
Just Contacted Oxford Council Dog Warden Service. Nope they don't run a dog registration service.. So just spent another £25 getting three new tags engraved. Front Name My mobile ( I've had this number for 6 years always change it back to this on any new fone I get.) Home tel Back house No. + postcode my email addy. If they can't find us or contact us within 2 hrs with that lot it means we've been abducted by aliens.
