I'm sure you already have, but call the local dog wardens / RSPCA and let them know you've lost her - give them her chip number if you have it. Inform the microchip organisation about het being lost aswell and mention about het haveing pups. sometimes when find at night they bring het to a kennel not wanting to wake owners up but in het case it's of impotance that she gets back soon. ussualy they remain near their known surrounding as terrains where they get walked ect. But in her case she could have gone out to look for food for the pups, some females realy go into wolf mode at that point concearning food.
