I somewhat regularly shoot pictures at the local dog park. I'll put a few that have my Jonathan in this thread, from time to time.

For all my shots from the bark park, you can go here: http://barkpark.thibodeauphotography.com

Jon trying to get Miles to play with him, but Miles is safely ontop of the bench.

Very nice, biggrin.gif +1 rep

are you shooting these in "burst" mode to get that perfect moment or are you just really good at getting the shot ??

The action shots are usually burst mode. The chasing and takedown shots were burst, the others weren't. It's hard trying to follow all of them running and playing!

These were shot on 8/13.

The first image is of 5 month old Wesley, a Golden Retriever. He is Jon's best friend at the park, and they always play well together. Except last night, Jon was going pretty rough at his ears, and Wesley cried a couple times!

This guy is Burton. I see him almost everyday. He loves when I pet him.

The creeper is Jazzy. She lives in my apartment complex, so I see her often. She always greets me with a 'woo woo', and wants to be pet. (speaking of, why doesnt my jon talk much?)

IMG_2433.jpg

Of course, Burton approached to play. Poor Jazzy isn't much of a rough player, though.

I published these on my site about a week ago, and forgot to post them here.

This is Marmaduke

It's not very often you see him doing this:

Usually it's some form of this instead (not his owner's foot, haha):

My first time meeting this Shiba Inu:

I do believe I have introduced you to Burton before:

Here is burton chasing the Boxer, Ormus:

So my Jonathan usually avoids the other (full grown) huskies. There is one girl he occasionally plays with, as she is pretty small. I have been pleasantly surprised, however, that lately Jon has been braking out of his shell, and beginning to play with the other Sibes. Though it usually doesn't last long, as they bowl him over and he runs away. Here is Jon going after Burton:

Harriet is a darling, but fiesty.

Now, I don't belive I have introduced you to the self-proclaimed Alpha of the park, Phalon. Big Sky (you haven't met him, but he's a monster) might beg to differ, and their battles are usually pretty evenly matched.

He seems pretty calm there, but usually he can be found doing this:

Sorry for the pic overload :)
