Sarah Posted August 23, 2010 Report Share Posted August 23, 2010 Some of you have met my mum at a few meet ups - she will probably kill me for posting this but i am so so proud of her i just have to share it with my extended family.... In April last year, my mum decided she didn't want to be fat at 60 so she joined slimming world and in 12 months has lost to date 7 stone 12lbs and has been nominated for woman of the year. Here's her before and after pics - the after pic was taken just last week She is my inspiration to my own weight loss and I can't put into words how proud i am of her - goes to show if you put your mind to something you CAN do it!!
