crispy72 Posted September 9, 2010 Report Share Posted September 9, 2010 They use various fundraising websites at my other halfs work like http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/giving/ where basically you setup a page for Merlin and anyone can donate through the page. I'm not sure how much, if any, is deducted off the donation as a 'thanks for using our service' but its just an idea and everyone can donate then. Will be bringing the wallet camping and will have a think of ideas for raising money. Maybe each tent could donate £1 or £2 in October and were looking at 40 tents i think at the moment. I'd put the money in but as you can imagaine I will be putting all my savings into merlns op as long as it goes ahead. If kelly doesn't get the money there is no head shave! If she does and it doesn't go to merln it will be going to a husky charity/Fitzpatrick referals for another merlin type dog. Even if you just doante £2 you could be saving another dogs life!
