Looks like a lot of husky lovers out there <3 I was told about this site by a buddy of mine who loves huskies I read and read, and thought, "wow you guys are pretty cool. a very caring community to husky fans everywhere" So, what the heck? here I am making myself an account and everything, hoping I can be in this little community too Anyway..So here it goes -- My husky's name is Avalanche- Avvy for short. She's about 3 years old I've had her for about 2 uhhhh...LOL I suck at introductions unless asked specifically. >_> So, I'll save that for my bio page hehe hrmm...I probably have a few questions to ask, but I'll probably do that later I generally like coming to this site reading about husky-related things.. So, you'll see my face around often. Anyway, Sorry for the novel. Kaz Posted September 12, 2010 Author Report Share Posted September 12, 2010 Thanks for all the reply, guys I feel welcomed already So, today I was walking Avalanche around my yard, its a fenced in yard about 1 acre big. I decided to let her off lead, why did I? I dont know what came over me She looked at me. Bolted for the 8 feet fence and took a stance that looked like she was going to jump it.. "Aww come on. dont do this" I said to her I took ONE step toward her and I guess she took that as a challenge (my bad D:) Looked at me, with her big ol' tongue hanging out like she was having the time of her life..and JUMPS it Now, I know there are chickens in my neighbor's land. and im thinking to myself.."sh*t.." I dont want her getting shot for killing the chickens, cuz there ARE coyotes around where I live She's jumped there once before chasing after a cat WHY DID I TRUST HER OFF LEASH?! D: So I went around to my neighbor's yard...saw her running in circles before I called her I looked at her, she looked at me....and came bolting back to me looking like she enjoyed herself, and we walked home Good thing the chickens were caged in or else she woulda had a very nice meal >< Huskies are so.......
