Kinda interesting, if you have access to "Chicken Soup for the Cat and Dog Lover's Soul" or the "Loving Our Dogs" Chicken Soup book, there's a story in them my mom wrote about Mish. It's called The Princess and the Toad - darned dog met a toad out on the front porch - during warm weather, they'd lay out there every evening, like they were best friends...
