Computer help PLEASE

Recommended Posts

I need some help. I have a colour .jpg file - I want to take the colour out and just have the lines. I am useless at this, can anyone help.

This is an example of what I am talking about - it is for a stained glass window, but to put it onto my Stained Glass comp program, I need to take the colour out so I can do an automatic trace. Hope that makes sense. I have also attached a file of what I am trying to do. Is it possible?

Thanks Diz, was thinking the same thing when I posted. I hope you all have a real blast this weekend and come back with lots, and lots of stories and pics of the good times. Give Ozzy a huge hug from me seeing as I cannot be there to do it myself :)

Thank you guys, sorry to put you all to so much trouble - I thought we could import it into some magical program and just remove the colour  Anyway, Marc's clean lined one transferred the best out of the three into my Glass Eye program, and looks great. Thank you Marc, Sparks and Andy, I really appreciate it.
