Heaton Park Meeters Harness lovers?

Hey guys,

I noticed that the majority of people who went to the Heaton Park meetup use harness' on their huskies (saw from the picture).

I was just wondering which ones you used because a lot of you seem to be using the same one and was wondering how effective they were at keeping your dogs under control?

Kodi wasn't in any of the pictures but i do use a harness with him. To be honest it doesn't really help me control him it just means that when he is trying to pull my arm off it isn't pulling on his neck

We use a Rogz harness on Maia purley so she isn't damaging her neck because she can pull like a train

Ozzy is on an EZY Dog-brilliant customer service and mega quick delivery-much better than having something on his neck, and he can't slip out of it x

mine both have ezydogs - skyla doesnt use hers as shes stronger its easier to walk her on a semi-slip - she only wears her harness when i take her out on the extendable/over the feild , blaze is walked on either a harness/canny collar combo or harness/half check combo

but would deffo reccomend ezydog

I use a Pets @ Home one for Myshka & Diesel, being a big bear, was too big for any shop or company XL harnesses so I had one custom made by a member on here, which does the job perfectly

I also got mine from a lady on here.. Huskamute help like everyone else I just prefer them to collars.. I have a walking belt so my two know the difference they know when walking harnesses then their fine to pull (my ass up hills mostly lol) and when on collars they need to walk nicely to heel.

dave - would just try ebay - ive noticed that occasionally on there - a seller will sell sets - if not u will usually find them much cheaper on there anyway

can someone advise me on the best way to get the correct size harness want to get my girlies new ones for xmas as ones we have from pets at home are in my opinion for my 2 useless, kia's hurt her when pulled slightly

after getting through several (storm chews them grrrrr) we really like the manmat ones (country hounds sell them). its very easy to get on him and its nice n padded for him. i dont use it for more control i use it as i dont like him pulling on his neck/collar. i just feel for a dog who pulls its 'friendlier' for him

if you go on snow paw store theres instructions on how to measure your dog. storm is quite a chunky dog (a stocky 24kg) and is a medium in the manmat padded walkign harness whcih i really like (£20 from country hounds) - you can alter the size around the middle. i totally agree the ones at pets at home are not worth them stocking!

we use ezydog harnesses for our two as well as find these fit the best,we started with pets at home ones but these never fitted properly.we also have the ezydog leads,collars and poo bag holders,patch has the green camo set and kiya has the pink camo set . we bought them all from ebay from pet troopers,the service was excellent and they arrived quickly as well

I currently use a Halti harness for Polee but have just ordered a Ezydog harness as an early xmas pressie for her.

just be careful Diz, Myshka has turned to face us and reversed out of her harness a couple of times.

We use the Manmat harness, it's suitable for walking or pulling. For walking you use the "top" D ring and for pulling the other Dring.
