raindog
Never done a video before - it's a bit shaky as I was holding the camera with one hand and steering with the other. It's a lovely feeling being out in the forest first thing in the morning - just you and your dogs. http://s156.photobucket.com/albums/t12/SHWAUK/?action=view¤t=bb4e21b8.pbr Mick

siberian_wolf
great vid m8, hope you help me when i start training, was so impressed with the dogs. ata what age do you start harness training? you can start teaching them the cammands like Haw, Gee and Onby when ever really, I would probably say if you start from pup to wait a month or so after they start going on walks so they can comfortable with walking on a lead first. Im teaching my 3 now when you get your pack going Im more than willing to come and give you hand showing the basics
Ice and Cripton
Hey Amy will you help me too? Alaska knows the commands..or does she? The other day on a walk she got really confused...is it cos city roads are too complicated to practise on?
Ice and Cripton
oooh and another thing...does anyone know of any good running harnesses???
siberian_wolf
Wouldnt know ice as I take my 3 to the woods to train them on commands. if you are running on foot I would say a padded walking harness like what Ive just bought for my 3 from ezy dog - http://www.ezydoguk.co.uk/ If your wanting one for them to pull the rigs or scooters, etc then the X back harness would be best http://www.culpeppers.co.uk/catalogue/?_Culpep=86914107A4BMpTK-Q1U&cat=harnesses http://www.snowpawstore.com/sled-dog-equipment/dog-harness.html?SID=qhsn78b84obe556hurif5u14c6&cat=
