daxwax Posted February 8, 2011 Report Share Posted February 8, 2011 I do sometimes give rawhide, when supervised, but would much rather a raw bone (I get a large bag every week from the butcher, she gets a fresh one most days, in addition to a raw diet ). Elmo Posted February 8, 2011 Report Share Posted February 8, 2011 I gave Vix rawhide since about 4 months on. She started off with these dental chews but they wouldn't last the day. So we gave the rawhide a try and she loves it. We buy her a 6 inch ring and that can last her a month. The only thing I will say is we always get them from the local pet shop and not from the likes of Pets at Home. We got her one for christmas from there and it just made her throw up.
