Murph
Hope this is the right place for this! Basically in the last while Kodi has started to lick and bite at her left back paw/foot. I've checked and checked but there are no cuts or anything to indicate that it's sore? Its only a recent thing she's doing so just wondering if anyone would know why she's doing it? Seems to be the same foot everytime! Thanks

Murph
Yeah I wondered if it might simply be that! Seeing as there are no cuts or anything!

husky princess
both of mine do it, literally their whole back foot is in their mouths! i have no idea why they do it but i assumed it was part of their cleaning process. My adult has just done it to his one back foot and is now sound asleep
dasikins
Interesting, because I just got mine. He is always biting his feet. Maybe a Husky thing?
lovinmyhusky
Our mutt chews his feet pretty bad, but it is a seasonal thing. He has to get allergy shots. Just watch. Ours literally chewed all the fur off. The vet said that is where dogs itch when they get allergies.
Comeflyaway
Could it be boredom or too much pent-up energy? Max used to chew the fur on his front legs and the top of his tail before we got him into day care, and he stopped the second that he was getting enough exercise.
