Hope your feeling better soon hon... if your havin joint issues you might want to look into gloucosamine chondroitin tablets their good for humans as well as dogs and also yoga can help gentley ease you back into exercise. Hope it's not arthritis, it came on very quickly if it is I have no fluid in my knees & the patellas (knee caps) have worn the grooves away from the tracks to keep them in place, so I understand a little of what you are feeling.
